Next to being a strategic storyteller at Elders, she is a futures lecturer at Design for Impact and was a futures researcher at the LABOPro research unit of Luca School of Arts.
She walks the talk by protecting and restoring biodiversity as co-founder of Habitats Foundation, member of the Explorers Club in New York and international author.
She is terribly excited about funghi, coral gardening and plankton. Yes, plankton.

He started working as a behavioural strategist for SUE Amsterdam and co-founded the Behavioural Design Academy. Afterwards he founded his own sustainable behaviour change agency, NONO, in which he helped governments, non-profits and companies design strategies to boost sustainable action.
Passing on his knowledge has been a recurring theme, being a coach at the Belgian Advertising School for six years, and co-founding the Sustainability Leadership Program with KU Leuven, in which he is currently a board member.
When not strategizing for world regeneration, he is singing, writing poetry, or biking.

He believes that education is the foundation on which we build our future. During his studies in communication and journalism, he conducted a research thesis exploring the question: “What knowledge should communication students acquire in light of the climate emergency?” This academic journey deepened his conviction that narratives are key to driving societal transformation.
Next to being a consultant, behavioural designer and speaker at ELDERS, he is a lecturer at IHECS and the founder of the YouTube channel Autrement. His work focuses on the role of storytelling and collective imagination in shaping society, with a particular interest in psychological, sociological, and behavioral dynamics.
When he’s not juggling projects for climate action, you’ll find him training, walking in nature, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
